Festive Gala Dinner with great peers and delicious food and drinks

It was a pleasure to welcome Melissa Whiting, Vice President Inclusion & Diversity at Philip Morris International (PMI). She explained PMI’s vision for a smoke-free future with all its dramatic change for different industries. And this profound transformation process needs also a change in culture of companies. For PMI this is feasible with a diverse talent pool and all leadership characteristics often attributed to women.

In March 2019 Philip Morris International becomes the first multinational company to certify equal pay between women and men on a global level. The certification affects operations in more than 90 countries and nearly 100,000 employees. In doing so, the global movement for equal pay is taking a leap forward.

This was a felicitous end of an exciting summit day!

We’ll update our webpage with new photos throughout the whole event.
