Give Voice to the Global Female Leaders Outlook 2020
Since 2018, KPMG International and Global Female Leaders have conducted a Global Female Leaders Outlook (GFLO). In 2019 already more than 1.100 women from 52 countries around the world gave their opinion on key challenges and opportunities facing their business, including strategies for driving future growth and the risks they are concerned about.
Gender equality has been expected to become a decisive success factor for all companies. Hence, this year the COVID-19 crisis and its implications might cause a setback in gender and diversity issues. For this year´s survey, we therefore intend to explore how the crisis will affect your career, what your opinion is on issues like sustainability and innovation, job satisfaction, the new working world and how you embrace cultural change to strengthen gender diversity.
Study GFLO – Join Us!
We would like to invite you, as a female leader, to participate in this study.
The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. All responses are strictly confidential, anonymized and only reported in aggregate.
The results of the survey will be released in October 2020 by KPMG and Global Female Leaders, who are also supporting the survey this year.
The deadline for completing the survey is 30th September 2020.
