Alla is with SAP for over twelve years and currently leading Change Management & Communications at the Global CX (Customer Experience) Office. Prior she held several leadership roles such as leading Customer Success Office MEE Region as well as in the Global Corporate Affairs organisation at SAP, heading Global Employee Communications among others. Before joining SAP she worked in several communication roles in global companies – such as Whirlpool/Bauknecht – and agencies – so as at Burson-Marsteller – in Germany, US and Italy. She holds a BA in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Evansville/USA and a diploma in Business Science from the University of Tuebingen/Germany.
