Chief Financial Officer
Emmanuelle is a managing director and the Chief Financial Officer of the CAC40 company, Veolia Germany, which is the global leader for environmental services and resource management with 170 000 employees worldwide and 12 000 in Germany.
Member of supervisory board for public private partnerships and municipal utilities, Emmanuelle is also in charge of the implementation of the transformation roadmap for the support functions in Germany and the lead of significant group M&A transactions.
Emmanuelle has joined Veolia beginning of 2014 after a career focused on financial services. Gathering experience by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, she joined French investment bank to work amongst others topics on the creation of primary risk department, the fusion of treasury departments and definition ALM strategy.
Emmanuelle studied in the French ‘Grande École’ School in Management and in the German WHU business school. Emmanuelle’s strengths include finding solutions, juggling with figures and spreading energy. Experiencing the diversity offered by different cultures in the working environment is by far one of her most fascinating interests she loves to share with everybody.
