Kirsty Skinner-Gerth is a passionate Marketer, who currently serves as Marketing Director for BMW Germany. Joining the BMW Group in 1999 as a trainee on a Management Trainee Programme, she has spent the last 20+ years in various positions within the Sales & Marketing division. An advocate of new ways of working and collaboration within large organization environments. Facing exciting times in the automotive industry, she is fascinated by the possibilities of digitalization to drive new approaches in ways of working, new ways to reach customers and deliver sustainable business results.
