Kyung H. Yoon is CEO and Founder of Talent Age Associates based in Silicon Valley and Miami, providing talent and leadership globalization strategies for Multinational corporations, Educational Institutions, Cities, and Arts/Cultural organizations in the US, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Kyung works at the forefront of creativity and innovation. Recognized as a highly accomplished business leader, Kyung is also a passionate artist, collector and arts ambassador with deep roots in painting, sculpture, dance and performing arts. Kyung advises the city of Bordeaux on innovation strategies and talent, and also serves on the Advisory Board of Global Female Leaders in Berlin.
Formerly a Vice-Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles, the global top executive recruitment firm, Kyung previously held the positions of President, Benten Investments, President, Pacific Union Asset Management, Vice President of Dillingham Development Corporation and started her career in banking with BNP Paribas.
Kyung has extensive board experience as a current director of the global fashion group, MCM, Board Director of Give2Asia, Council Member of Stanford Center on Longevity, Advisory Board Member of Translink Capital, Women Corporate Directors and Belizean Grove. Kyung previously served on the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) for over 7 years.
