Talia Rafaeli serves as the Head of Partnerships and Ventures in Israel for Porsche Digital, a subsidiary of the German automaker that oversees the digital transformation of the organization. Porsche Ventures was founded in 2018 with a clear strategy to identify the main trends that will most affect the automotive industry (e.g. electrification, autonomous driving and mobility-as-a-service). Her team partners with, and invests in, startups in the areas of smart mobility, emerging automotive trends, digital lifestyle and more. For the past decade, she has held both early stage investing and operational roles in leading cross-border venture capital firms in Tel Aviv focusing on B2B businesses, primarily in the enterprise software domain. Earlier in her career, Talia worked as a financial analyst at two leading financial institutions, Goldman Sachs in New York and Barclays Capital in London, in both investment banking and capital markets divisions before making the switch to venture capital. She also served as an IT consultant for Accenture in Madrid working on multimillion-dollar engagements with financial institution clients. She holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York, and a B.Sc/B.A. in Computer Science & Economics., from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
