In an increasingly uncertain world, it’s time for a new approach to leadership. The first Future Female Leaders Academy, hosted by IMD, will introduce the three pillars of “apocalyptic leadership”– inspired by insights from Albert Einstein – that will help you see the world through fresh eyes, both individually and collectively.
Join IMD Professor of Leadership, Communications, and Organizational Change Susan Goldsworthy for this transformative workshop where you will learn to:

The Global Female Leaders interactive workshop employs short lectures, group discussions, and self-reflection exercises where you will actively learn how to motivate each other towards sustainable change. Meet your coach Susan Goldsworthy
An accomplished Olympic finalist, award-winning author, executive coach, and speaker with more than 20 years of corporate experience with large multinationals, Dr. Susan Goldsworthy OLY brings knowledge from the fields of sport, business, and neuroscience to her leadership development work. Currently serving as the Lead Academy Director of IMD’s International Executive Coaching Certificate for the GFL Academy powered by IMD, she holds the position of Professor of Leadership, Communications & Organisational Change.

Registration
The Future Female Leaders Academy is limited to 30 participants. Registration will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The whole package costs € 2.495 and includes entry to the academy with Professor Susan Goldsworthy on June 3, networking lunches, coffee breaks, networking dinner with the Summit attendees on Monday night, access to all sessions of the Summit on June 4 and a list of attendance. The prices listed do not include statutory VAT.
