Laura Esnaola

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in music from Yale University, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She originally joined Care.com in 2012 and has been Managing Director of Care.com Europe GmbH since April 2016. Care.com was founded in 2006 in the USA and is the world’s largest online portal for care and support. In her function as Managing Director Laura Esnaola is responsible for 100 employees and 20 platforms for care placement on three continents. In 2014, Laura was added to the Boston Business Journal’s „40 Under 40“ list and was awarded as one of Germany´s „Top 40 under 40“ Mangers by Capital in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
