3 Questions: Dear Kyung…

Please tell us the story of how you joined the advisory board of the Global Female Leaders Summit. What are you most passionate about as a board member?

I was invited to join the advisory board, as the board was looking to add advisors that could bring diverse perspectives. As I live and work in Silicon Valley and have connections in the US, Asia and Latin America, I have been passionate about adding to the strategic vision of the summit on issues related to technology, geopolitics and women’s leadership.

How do you build and maintain meaningful relationships with female leaders from various backgrounds and sectors? What are the benefits and challenges of such interactions?

I stay connected to a diverse group of women leaders around the world, coaching many of them on careers and life choices. This is very gratifying and gives me insight into the challenges and rewards women are facing in their leadership roles.

Which is your favorite topic of the 9th annual meeting of Global Female Leaders 2024 and why?

I welcome the major topics addressed at the 2024 summit, as they focus on the transformative issues facing our world. Geopolitical challenges, The New Nature of Money, Leadership with Trust, Health is the New Wealth and AI and Resilience. My favorite is Health, as it is the foundation of everything we do in our career and personal lives. Advances in medicine, technology, nutrition, wellbeing and healthy lifestyles are key to personal and economic sustainability for the world, especially in an aging global population in the advanced countries.

You will meet Kyung and all advisory board members at the lobal Female Leaders Summit 2nd-4th June 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany.
