She has a strong track record in global and multicultural corporate structures. Her ability to influence across distributed teams, bringing stakeholders along and helping them understand each other are key strengths. She enjoys fast-paced environments with interesting and hard problems to solve, changing priorities and possibilities for failure.

Karin is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for eBay’s global product, technology, and growth organizations, holding oversight for legal work related to eBay’s global websites as well as its payments and advertising businesses. Before she served as executive for eBay in the Americas and Europe.

She also serves on the Nomination Committee of the Adevinta Board (OSE: ADE), Norway, is a member of the eBay Commerce Inc. board of directors, USA, and of the International Advisory Board of ZHAW School of Management and Law, Switzerland.
