Kathrin Dufour

Senior Vice President | Wintershall Dea AG, Germany

Kathrin Dufour joined Wintershall Dea in 2010. She was most recently Senior Vice President for Digitalization & Technology focused on scaling digital and technological solutions across the Wintershall Dea operations and corporate functions. A key topic in this field was the development of a Center of Competence for Data Science and fostering of AI in Wintershall Dea.

Previously, Kathrin Dufour held various operational finance positions in the UK, Qatar and Norway. She assumed responsibility as Vice President Finance at the Norway business unit in May 2019. In this function she was responsible for success in the finance, commercial, purchasing and IT departments, while managing around 80 employees.

In February, 2024 she will take over the position as SVP Carbon Management & Hydrogen. Kathrin has over 10 years of experience as a global energy leader and a broad international background.
