Head of EU Exit Digital Delivery and Strategy

Regina is the Head of EU Exit Digital Delivery and Strategy for the UK Government. In 2018, she was named by the Financial Times as being one of the UK’s top 100 BAME Leader in Tech. Regina read Politics at Royal Holloway and MSc Management of Information Systems at LSE, she is also training to be an Executive Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management.
She found her way into tech after discovering the political nature of technology and how digital transformation has such a major role to play in organisations such as government. Regina has a specific interest in Technology for Good which covers; ICT for the public sector, developing countries and education. Regina volunteers in schools mentoring girls and running workshops on confidence, presentation skills and STEM opportunities.
Regina is driven by seeing women of diverse ethnicities being leaders and role models in different industries and her work with various charities such as UK Youth and Urban Synergy encourages young girls, especially those of African or caribbean descent to be paired with such role models. Regina takes an interest in how technology impacts culture through education, media, politics and business.
Regina is Founder of Mainstream, a growing and international community of millennial women that are looking to share career hacks, collaborative ideas and their own personal networks.
